Her technique is excellent, she also knows how to do muscle energy technique which releases all the tension from your muscles. Absolutely brilliant masseuse. I've had a lot of massages but Anna was somehow the most gentle yet the most effective. The improvement in my pain was immediate and lasted for some time after. She had excellent technical knowledge - anyone would be safe in her hands.
